Required Documents

- Valid business license verifying your professional business
- Letter from IRS with Employee Identification Number (EIN)
- Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (e.g., AIA, IIDA, ASID, NKBA)
- Valid accrediation/certification (e.g., NCIDQ, NCARB)
